We guarantee that all photos produced by our service will meet the official requirements of the relevant government agency or embassy for which they are intended. If your photos are rejected by the official authority due to an error on our part in meeting the technical specifications, we will retake your photos free of charge.

What Is Covered

Our guarantee covers the following situations:

  • Photos that do not meet the size requirements specified by the relevant authority
  • Photos with incorrect background color as specified by the relevant authority
  • Photos with technical defects such as poor lighting, shadows, or focus issues caused by our equipment or process
  • Photos that do not meet the head size or positioning requirements specified by the relevant authority
  • Printing defects or quality issues with the physical photos

What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover the following situations:

  • Photos rejected due to the subject's appearance, expression, or clothing choices
  • Photos rejected because the subject did not follow our instructions during the photo session
  • Photos rejected due to changes in official requirements after the photos were taken
  • Photos rejected for reasons unrelated to technical specifications
  • Photos that were accepted initially but later rejected during a subsequent application
  • Loss or damage to photos after they have been delivered to you

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once the service has been completed and photos have been delivered. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • Service was paid for but not rendered due to our inability to provide the service
  • Technical failure on our part that prevents us from producing usable photos
  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Service cancellation requested before any work has begun

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after service has been completed
  • Customer dissatisfaction with their own appearance in the photos
  • Photos that meet all technical requirements but are rejected for non-technical reasons
  • Services that have been fully rendered and photos delivered

How to Request a Retake or Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a retake or refund under this policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your photos
  2. Provide your original receipt or proof of purchase
  3. Provide documentation of the rejection from the official authority (if applicable)
  4. Explain the reason for your retake or refund request
  5. Include any relevant photos or documentation to support your claim

Processing Time

Once we receive your retake or refund request, we will review it and respond within 5-7 business days. If your request is approved:

  • Retakes will be scheduled at your earliest convenience at no additional charge
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and credited to your original payment method

Digital Files

Digital photo files provided via email are considered delivered once sent. We cannot offer refunds for digital files that have been delivered, as we cannot verify deletion of the files. However, if there are technical issues with the digital files (such as corruption or incorrect format), we will resend corrected files at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Travel expenses incurred for passport or visa applications
  • Application fees paid to government agencies or embassies
  • Delays in travel plans due to photo rejection
  • Lost opportunities or other indirect damages

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcome, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about which country or agency the photos are for
  • Following our instructions during the photo session
  • Reviewing and approving photos before leaving our location
  • Wearing appropriate clothing and removing glasses if required
  • Informing us of any special requirements or concerns before the photo session

Photo Approval

We encourage all customers to review and approve their photos before leaving our location. Once you have approved the photos and left our premises, we consider the service complete. Any issues discovered after approval may not be eligible for free retakes or refunds unless they fall under our service guarantee.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
